We've had lots of weather this year, in fact we've had some every day! Most of this summer has been not so summery - remember, we even put the heating on one day when Hunter and Hannah were here in JUNE!
Ah, but today is the HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR and I hope we won't break that record. Since we don't have AC, it can be a tad uncomfortable.
Here's the thermometer outside the kitchen window: it registers 36°. Wow. I know that's cold to you guys, but you have to translate Centigrade to Fahrenheit, so that is: NINETY-SEVEN DEGREES. Or HOT.
We have a card up the sleeve, though. It is only 16% humidity. I know my clothes dried faster on the line than they could have in the dryer!! Go Solar Power!
