Winter Walk

It snowed last night, big fat wet flakes, and since it was night, and cold, there was still snow this morning.

We'd been invited to Sunday Brunch with friends and after four hours (!) of eating and solving the world's problems, the sun came out and we walked home.

Crisp air.

 Sky of blue.

Walking off the brunch was a good idea and we were not alone along the way.  It's Bremen -- people love a Sunday walk here.  

It took a bit more than an hour to make it back home and though there was no sun on the terrace, the sunflower made it sunny enough.
