Here's a picture of Werner's latest effort, a stool painted for Gerd and Renate, our neighbors who looked after the house, the plants, took in the mail, and picked us up at the airport. Renate had mentioned how nice my kitchen stool was, how handy, and of course was surprised we did it ourselves. So, it seemed the right Thank You for them.
The painting is from one Nancy has at her house, a very appealing composition and color choice. They were really pleased (I should think so!) and of course asked why we don't do this for money. Easy answer - no one could afford us. Everything takes so long to finish!
